Brothers and sisters, today we gather to reflect upon a term we often use but seldom pause to understand deeply – “the world.” In Webster’s 1828 Dictionary, the definition of ‘world’ is multifaceted, signifying not just our planet Earth, but the entire universe, the system of beings, and even the course of human life and society. Today, let us journey through the scriptures to comprehend the world from a biblical perspective and how this understanding shapes our lives as believers.
